How can our business role this course out at scale?

We now have two complementary products available to deliver data literacy learning across your business. The Pro (1/2 day) learning product is run by our expert facilitators that can deliver multiple sessions concurrently and enable a scaled roll-out. If your needs are best met by the deeper learning that Pro offers, then we would love to discuss product licensing and a ‘train the trainer’ programme. Our new Auto product (90 mins) is fully automated and is therefore designed for a larger scale rollout. This offers almost unlimited scalability and a lower price point per learner. Do you offer different scenarios?

The Pro product is currently available with one scenario to all commercial businesses. However, we are working on additional scenarios and look forward to sharing them with our clients and prospective clients soon.

The Auto product is based on a different scenario to Pro and, also, offers the opportunity to configure the learning content within the platform.

Do you offer different scenarios to cater to a range of data competencies?

The Data Escape Room Pro and Auto products are designed for players of all levels. The content has been created to successfully challenge participants with a wide range of data competencies and problem solving skills. The Auto product now offers the opportunity to configure the learning content within the platform.

Do you offer technical support if we have any issues during the session?

Yes. It’s unusual for our sessions to encounter any significant technical issues as all that’s needed to play the game is an internet connection. However, if there are any issues whilst experiencing the Pro product, the facilitator can help you or escalate the issue to our technical teams when needed. The Auto product if a fully automated, heavily tested product and we will offer support (remotely) if required.

Can you run the session for larger groups?

Both products are designed for 4-8 active players. We do not advise exceeding 8 players as it may compromise the experience for all participants. To accommodate larger groups, we suggest running concurrent sessions.

What takeaway materials do you provide as part of the session delivery?

Having experienced either Pro or Auto, we provide all participants with a de-brief pack that highlights the key learning points and provides links for further learning.

Is the course always delivered by a facilitator?

For the Pro product, the answer is Yes. The course is always lead by an experienced facilitator with learning, team building and data expertise. For Auto, it is a fully automated product but is designed to have hints and tips built in to guide players seamlessly through the experience.

We are investigating how and where accreditation might be achieved. We are currently partnering with larger learning/training organisations who can act as references for the quality of the product.
